Due to these complex and challenging trade and international tax environment they have been experiencing substantial growth they are experiencing in Russia and across the former Soviet Union region.
The CIS and Former Soviet Relationship Manager will be asked to create new business for the firm’s range of international corporate tax, legal and fiduciary services. The target clients are Ultra High Net worth individual – many of whom are the sole owners of large commodity processing companies – oil, gas, minerals and rare metals. This opportunity would suit a fluent Russian speaking professional with experience working in international teams. It will also require an entrepreneurial mind set, someone who is motivated and who is willing to spend many days travelling and meeting clients.
Your main duties will be to arrange and prepare business winning presentations for the clients and their advisors. You can also expect to prospect, pursue and generate leads for our Swiss and global offices. Business can be generated directly of via the use of local partners and introducers. At present the firm has grown in this geography mainly via the latter method.
Obviously you must be able to maintain effective and ongoing relationships with new and existing clients. You must be willing to live and work in the Isle of Man, to travel substantially and to act as commercial deal maker.
To be considered for the CIS and Former Soviet Relationship Manager position you will have extensive experience (five years or more) dealing with corporate legal, accounting and tax matters, plus a track record of creating new business and dealing with wealthy entrepreneurs and high value business, preferably commodities such as oil and gas. You will have a strong and relevant network of relations, strong time management and personal organizational skill. Finally you must be fluent in Russian and English.
