Based in the offshore finance centre in Douglas, this Isle of Man based trust and company manager is keen to hire an experienced and skilled Client Services Administrator. Based from the firms main head quarters the Client Services Administrator covers a portfolio of clients who have their offshore structures, trusts and companies managed by the firm.
The Client Services Administrator vacancy has arisen from the significant growth the company is experiencing from clients from within a number of key geographies and industries, particularly the e-gaming / on-line gambling sector. Another factor in the companies substantial growth recently is the desire from many of their clients to secure and protect a variety of assets
in the most tax efficient manner possible. The Isle of Man has a number of clever schemes to allow such asset protection and the firm also works and covers another thirty other offshore jurisdictions. In essence they can provide the complete end to end offshore structure, arrange its management and administration and tailor such solutions to meet changing international law and regulations.
Working as part of a skilled consultancy team, who provide tax efficient offshore structures to other clients with a focus upon the offshore gambling and on-line gaming industry, the Client Services Administrator is an essential appointment. Upon a daily basis the Client Services Administrator will be asked to document, create new structures, organize existing offshore entities and assist all the customers in their portfolio with ensuring full compliance with their tax authorities and manage their structures according to their jurisdictions regulations and law. Common administration tasks performed by the Client Services Administrator include:
- Arranging the delivery and creation of all legal documentation relating to their clients offshore structures.
- Organizing and undertaking all essential meetings like the AGMs, board meetings and detailing and delivering the minutes.
- Arranging with your colleagues in the finance team the compilation and publication of all essential accounts and financial statements for your customers.
- Liaising with and leading the delivery of tax returns relating to the clients structures, trusts and offshore vehicles with the relevant tax authorities.
To succeed and be appointed as the new Client Services Administrator you will need a solid understanding of company administration, basic bookkeeping, compliance, trust management and asset protection.
It is expected you will have good administrative skills combined with the ability and motivation to deliver a high quality client service.
Finally you will have at least two years working within a corporate services / trust management
environment supporting clients through all the stages of their corporate development / administration. The firm is keen to talk to individuals with exposure to managing complex offshore trust structures on behalf of both private investors and other corporate institutions.
