This Manx Trust Manager and international wealth management provider is looking to recruit an experienced Trust Manager to work from their Douglas office.
This fiduciary services provider provides international wealth management, legal, fiduciary and business services to both corporate and private clients. The Trust Manager will work as part of the Trust and Corporate Services division creating tax efficient offshore structures for a portfolio of dynamic clients.
The Trust Manager will assist the Senior Manager in the efficient day-to-day running of all aspects of a client administration team with the objective of providing an accurate and efficient client service, whilst maintaining their own portfolio of clients. With this overall remit you can expect to be asked to fulfil the following tasks and duties:
- Assist the Senior Manager with the responsibility of a team of Trust administrators.
- Undertake general company / trust administration including the purchase and sale of real estate, purchase and sale of other investments, i.e. currency, equities, other chattels, making and repaying of loans, payment of dividends, increase and decrease of share capitals
- Fulfil the role of director, secretary or corporate officer, protector, enforcer, partner, liquidator or trustee.
- Promote the services of all parts of the firm to clients and intermediaries and working with new business personnel on the development of additional products.
For consideration for the Trust Manager vacancy the successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in the administration of trusts and international companies.
This should be coupled with having a minimum of three years managerial experience.
It is expected you will be educated to at least A level or equivalent and a STEP or ICSA qualification is essential.
